Joan Pease MP addresses Queensland Parliament about rare ovarian cancer
Joan Pease MP recently spoke in Queensland Parliament about a cause that is very important to her – rare ovarian cancer (ROC), a form of cancer that lacks awareness and research to better understand the disease. Joan’s husband Peter will be doing a Ride for Research, starting at Parliament House in Canberra on 30 April and finishing at Melbourne Cricket Grounds on 8 May World Ovarian Cancer Awareness Day, to raise awareness and funds for this important issue.
